Academic year 2021-2022 enrolment dates

First semester enrolments

Pre-enrolments (For new students only)

13 to 30 September 2021

Whoever wishes to enrol for the first time on the Josep Torrellas Programme for the over-50s, must pre-enrol so they can open their record at the UdG. Once they have pre-enrolled, they will receive an email containing the user name and password they will need for enrolling. 

IMPORTANT: you must attach a (scanned) copy of BOTH SIDES of your national ID to your pre-enrolment application.

Enrolments (for all students) 

From 21 to 27 September 2021

NEW ENROLMENT PERIOD: from 1 to 5 October of the subjects left from the “+50 Education Programme”, after the completion of the students’ enrolments on the Bachelor's Degree.

As you enrol online, check that your personal details are correct, choose your subjects and method of payment and validate your enrolment.

Enrolment extension (adding subjects to the enrolment)


  1. You will need to enter my UdG (identifying yourself with your user name and password).
  2. Once you are in “my UdG”, click on “Personal” and “Report, enrolment and procedures”.
  3. You will enter the "Network secretary’s office". Click on "Procedures” on the top right. 
  4. Select “Application to the administration”. Click on "Go there". Next, read the procedure’s instructions carefully and click on "Start". 
  5. Select the area: “Other enrolment subjects”.
  6. Describe the reason for your application. For example: I am applying to enrol for the _________ course for the Bachelor's Degree in _________. 
  7. Tick “Continue”.
  8. Go out of procedures.

Once we have confirmed there is place on the course that you have applied to us for, you will be notified of the result of the procedure.


The total cost of enrolment is established based on the number of credits enrolled for, and the cost of administrative fees and accident insurance. Payment may be divided into two or three instalments provided that the total academic fee exceeds €200.

  • Credit price = €23.47
  • Accident insurance = € 9.50
  • Academic record management = € 69.80
  • Teaching and administrative services = € 70

You can apply for an enrolment grant equal to the cost of the administrative fees.
