Didactic research group project: improve a given didactic unit taking into account ´pronunciation`. It is part of the summative evaluation ( 40% ).
Didactic research group project: class presentation.

Self-access pronunciation practice. Students are allowed to use the self-access room in order to improve their pronunciation skills paying special attention to the suprasegmentals. It is part of the summative evaluation ( 10 % )
English Pronunciation in Use Test: Pronunciation Test where students will be asked questions related to ´Pronunciation in Use`. It is part of the summative evaluation ( 40 % )

Qualificació

Mètodes docents:
Individual, pair and group work.
A combination of theory, ear training and practical exercises.
Use of recordings (songs, rhymes, riddles,…) and other material (Internet) to plan
activities for children.

PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES OF THE SUBJECT
- Practical credits will be combined with theory in most classes.
- There will be a mixture of the following activities:

reading, writing, listening and speaking.
discussion of articles.

workshops: recordings, use and analysis of possible activities to be used with children in Primary schools.

A final paper based on material used and analysed in class.
