According to the Office of University Pre-registration Handbook, each university can, if it considers it appropriate, authorise a student to change course within the same university.
This is restricted to those courses which the Governing Council deems appropriate, depending on their similarity or interdisciplinary nature.
Requirements
One of the requirements is that the student must have completed at least 30 academic credits which are valid for the new course.
Students who have asked for a change of course within the UdG and not received the necessary authorisation will have to complete the university's pre-registration procedure.
Students are advised to complete the pre-registration procedure at the same time as applying for a change of course.
Applications for a change of course within the UdG must be made before 22nd September 2005.
The student will receive the answer in writing.
