It is the compilation of the papers presented in the Conference "Neutrality and theory of law", that took place in Girona in May, 2010. The book was edited by Jordi Ferrer Beltrán (UdG), José Juan Moreso (UPF), and Diego M. Papayannis (UdG).

Jordi Ferrer and Jorge L. Rodríguez have published their book "Jerarquías normativas y dinámica de los sistemas jurídicos"
The book deals with two central problems of legal theory: normative hierarchy and the dynamics of legal systems. Both subjects have had far less attention than they deserve, but the real contribution of this volume is that it treats the two problems together, with a careful analysis of their mutual implications.
