With these words I’d like to extend to you a warm welcome to the website of the Faculty of Law of the University of Girona. We recommend that you consult this site regularly.

This website, however, is not simply a notice board of information in hypertext. It is, together with your email access, a learning resource intended to complement traditional instruction.

Our website should serve as a window to a wide range of services: the Library and the European Documentation Centre, study rooms, computer rooms, photocopy services, support for university associations, academic exchange programmes, agreements with institutions concerning practical internships, modern languages, sports and recreation, housing and a job bank, as well as other services contained within a magnificent building on an expanding campus.

On the other hand, the Faculty is engaged in the process of adapting its curricula to the European Higher Education Area and consolidating programmes that, in addition to the Degree in Law, lead to a Diploma in Public Management and Administration (GAP) and Degrees in Labour Science and Criminology. This varied offer of courses and services assures a high degree of satisfaction among members of our community and more and better opportunities for our graduates to enter the labour market.
