1. 1. Module - Emails. How to write formal emails, internal and external. Expressions to deal with arranging and cancelling meetings, sending information, etc.
2. 2. Module - Oral Presentations. How to prepare a business presentation, dealing with numbers, statistics, information and delivering such presentation.
3. 3. Module - Meetings. How to deal with meetings, preparing for a meeting, chairing, participating and delivering a meeting.
Students may opt to follow a continuous assessment system (work and tests) at specified times during the academic year. If the final result of the Continuous Assessment is below 5 (the pass mark) students may take the final annual exam (written & oral) in May/June or June/July which will also be passed with a 5.
The mark of this subject for those following the continuous assessment will count on 3 modules including an activity and a test in each. A student who does not attend to the activity, their mark of the module will fall completely and exclusively to the test.

Final assessment (June or July):
Writing (minimum 4): 20%
A minimum mark of 4 is required in the writing section of the final exams.

Students are advised against plagiarism. Any detected and proved case of plagiarism will automatically be marked as a “0” (zero). This includes plagiarism in the Portfolio tasks.
Students following the continuous assessment can miss 1 test where only a medical or work justification will be needed and accepted; the test will be taken on the day of "convocatòria ordinària". Under no circumstances can any of the activities or tests be taken on a different date during the course.
At the beginning of the course students will be provided with some further guidelines on the subject.
