Dades generals

Curs acadèmic:
2023
Descripció:
The objective of the course “Developmental Psychobiology” is to introduce students to three key questions of human development: What factors shape our development? What makes us human? How culture impacts our development? To do so, we will rely on theoretical perspectives and evidence from genetics, neurosciences, developmental psychology, comparative psychology, and evolutionary psychology; the common thread being the experimental method. The design of the course aims at fostering students’ reflection and the mobilisation of the acquired knowledge through a series of individual and collaborative activities: group discussions and debates, presentation of a scientific article and replication of an experiment.
