As a public body, the University of Girona periodically publishes public job vacancies, which anyone who meets the requirements established by the call may apply for.

The University of Girona plays an integral part in stimulating the industrial, commercial and cultural fabric of the Girona counties, at the same time as it helps its students to find job vacancies that help them enter the job market. This is why the different study areas organise placements in companies and internships in the world of work. The university also manages the Job Bank Service, a meeting point for employers who need to recruit employees and students who would like to combine studying and paid work.
