Learning objectives

The main goal of the Master in Work, Labour Relations and Human Resources is to prepare students as competent professionals in the area of planning, direction and management of employment policies, in professional advice and in direction, management and development of people and teams in organisations.

The master's degree offers applied, advanced and specialised training in a body of conceptual, procedural, technical and attitudinal knowledge that will allow professionals to develop in the field of organisations and employment as experts, managers, consultants or directors in a range of workplaces. It also seeks to offer basic and applied research training in the field of work and organisations, as well as develop the critical and reflexive skills needed for the continued improvement of professional practice.
