Enrolment for a bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Tourism

Enrolment calendar

The opening of the online enrolment programme is dependent on the average grade of the academic record as calculated on the 5 July:

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN TOURISM:

Start of online enrolment in July:

  • With an average of ≥ 7.5 and everything passed in June: from 13 July at 8 am
  • With an average of ≥ 7.5 and some subjects not passed: from 15 July at 8 am
  • With an average of ≥ 6.5 and everything passed in June: from 17 July at 8 am
  • With an average of ≥ 6.5 and some subjects not passed: from 20 July at 8 am
  • The rest of the students and with everything passed in June: from 22 July at 8 am
  • The rest of the students and with one or more subjects failed in June: from 24 July at 8 am

End of online enrolment in July: 30 July

  • Special period: from 7 to 18 September
  • Extraordinary period1 and 2 October (An appointment at the Academic Secretary's Office must be requested in advance, by emailing to secacad.aell@udg.edu)

BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

Start of online enrolment in July:

  • With an average of ≥ 7.5 and everything passed in June: from 13 July at 12 pm
  • With average ≥ 7.5 and some subjects not passed: from 15 July at 12 pm
  • With an average of ≥ 6.5 and everything passed in June: from 17 July at 12 pm
  • With an average of ≥ 6.5 and some subjects not passed: from 20 July at 12 pm
  • With an average of ≥ 6 and everything passed in June: from 22 July at 12 pm
  • With an average of ≥ 7 and some subjects not passed: from 24 July at 12 pm

Place of enrolment

Students previously enrolled in the same course at the University of Girona can complete online enrolment from any computer with an internet connection (even one that does not belong to the University of Girona).

You will be assisted by staff at the secretary’s office, by telephoning 972 41 82 972418220, from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm, or emailing to secacad.aellt@udg.edu.

Enrolment instructions

Access the online enrolment program from La Meva UdG (La meva UdG) and follow the instructions on each screen.Online enrolment guide

Enrolment guides can be consulted online from your academic record.

Subject group places will be assigned according to students’ order of enrolment. When the places offered have been filled, enrolment for that subject group will be closed.

Before enrolment, you must consult the timetables of each subject group online so that you do not have overlapping subject groups. Try to enrol for everything in the same group.
