Access the enrolment program from La meva UdG, go to enrolment and follow the instructions on the different online enrolment screens.

Information specific to the subjects in which you have to enrol:
You have to enrol for the subjects that you have failed first and new subjects afterwards. 24 credits are the minimum for enrolment.
The assignment of enrolment groups, mornings (A) or afternoons (B) will be strictly by order of enrolment, so which group you are in depends on you. As long as there are vacant places group A (mornings) will appear next to each subject, but if you wish to join the afternoon group you can select B (afternoons) from the drop down menu next to the group. If you see that you are in group A for some subjects and B for others (and this is not due to failed subjects) then you will need to change group A subjects to group B as this means there are no places available in the morning group.
Enrolment for all subjects must be in the same group, A or B. If you have subjects pending from previous years, we recommend you enrol for them in a different group so the timetables do not overlap.
Check enrolment. Once the enrolment process has been finalised, you have to verify that all subjects that you have chosen are correct, since modifications cannot be made after the established time period. If you have made a mistake, you can modify your enrolment as many times as necessary the same day and up until 01.00 in the morning.
If you want to apply for a grant. To be able to register as a grantholder you have to have previously completed the online grant application. On the grants webpage you will find the information you need to apply.We recommend that, apart from the MECS scholarship, you also apply for the AGAUR Equity scholarship, which you can do through the same link.
To be able to complete enrolment conditional on a scholarship with the corresponding allowances, you must select the option "It has been possible to certify that you fulfil the economic requirements" in LaMeva / Enrolment / Scholarships and allowances.
If the application period for scholarships has not been activated for the 2019-2020 year, you can do the following:
students who have obtained a scholarship during the 2018-2019 year and fulfil the academic requirements (having passed 80% of enrolled credits), should have enrolment conditional on a scholarship selected. If that is not the case, please get in touch with the department's secretarial office so that they may select it for you.
Students who have not received a grant during academic year 2018-2019 and believe that they fulfil the academic and economic requirements to apply for one can request accreditation in the following linkWhen you have it, if granted, and AGAUR informs us, enrolment will go ahead and you will receive an email notification.
Conditional enrolment depending on a grant does not exempt students from applying for a grant when the MECS (Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport) call opens. If this application is not approved the total amount of the enrolment will be charged.
Other students should enrol in the usual way and, when the call for the following year is opened they will be able to apply. In this last case, the type of enrolment will not be changed until the final decision by the MECS is received.
Payment. This must be by direct debit, otherwise the program will not let you continue.
The student enrolling must also be the holder of the bank account used for the direct debit. Otherwise you will need to justify it through the LaMeva/Formalities/Notification or amendment of bank details section or by presenting the following form and a photocopy of the account holder’s ID at the faculty secretariat so they can be validated.
You can choose from four ways to pay:
- In a single payment. This will be charged to your account shortly after enrolment.
- Two payments. This is possible when the total academic fees exceed 200 euros. The first payment (60%) will be charged to your account straight after enrolment and the second (40%) during December 2019.
- Three payments. This is possible when the academic fees exceed 200 euros. The first payment (40%) will be charged to your account straight after enrolment, the second payment (20%) during October and the third payment (40%) during December 2019.
- Monthly payments (maximum 10 monthly payments), whenever the total academic fees exceed 200 euros. The 1st payment will be charged straight after enrolment and the rest on the 5th of every month. The last payment in this case will be on 05/05/2020.
Grantholder students denied a grant can only make partial enrolment payments through the remaining monthly payments until 05/05/2020, since May 2020 is the deadline to pay enrolment fees.
The conditions for exemptions or allowances as regards enrolment fees can be found in the enrolment guidelines, as well as details of the supporting documentation you need to present when formalising the process. If you wish to prove your eligibility for allowances or exemptions relating to fees, you must present the relevant documentation to the Academic Secretary's Office before enrolling. If you do not, your details will be processed as an ordinary enrolment and you will pay 100% of the academic fees.
At the time of enrolment payment will be made depending on the fees established by the Government of Catalonia (level 6). You will find more information in the following link. For nursing courses corresponding to rate C; however, you can, if you wish, apply for the Equitat grant so that the enrolment fees will be recalculated based on your household income. If your enrolment is reduced, it will be regularised by reducing the amounts that are still to be paid, or if you have already paid the entire amount, the appropriate amount will be repaid. Please be aware that to be awarded the Equity scholarship you must also have requested the MECS (Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport) grant.
Procedure in the event of non-payment
If a payment bounces or an invoice is not paid in the allotted time frame, a second invoice will be issued, which can be paid in any bank branches that the University has an agreement with.
If a payment bounces, a 3 euro non-payment charge per invoice will be issued. Students who have not paid their enrolment fees by 30 May will be charged 5% of the total outstanding amount.
Non-payment of the outstanding enrolment fees will confer a debt. The University will demand this payment as a condition of any administrative process.
It is the student’s responsibility to settle the different outstanding payments without the need for any prior action by the UdG.
