Enrolment for 2023/2024

Enrolment calendar

The online enrolment program will open according to the student’s transcript status:

  • For students who have passed 165 credits or more, the online enrolment programme will be open from 12 to 27 July (10 am to 1 am)
  • For students who have passed 100 credits or more the online enrolment programme will be open from 20 to 27 July (8 am to 1 am)
  • For students who have passed 30 credits or more the online enrolment programme will be open from 24 to 27 July(10 am to 1 am)

For students on the double degree in Pre-school Education / Primary Education,

  • For students who have passed 224 credits or more, the online enrolment programme will open from 12 to 27 July (10 am to 1 am)
  • For students who have passed 149 credits or more the online enrolment program will be open from 20 to 27 July (8 am to 1 am)
  • For students who have passed 30 credits or more the online enrolment program will be open from 24 to 27 July (10 am to 1 am)

Place of enrolment

Students previously enrolled on the same UdG course can enrol from any computer with an internet connection (Mondays to Fridays, within the timetable stated in the enrolment calendar)

Information necessary for enrolment

Check the validity of the documents entitling you to an allowance or exemption from enrolment fees.

Before you enrol online, you will need to produce documentary support for your fee allowance or exemption (grants, large family ID card, disability, etc.) Applications for allowance or exemption must be accredited from the procedures section of the student's academic record.

If the office of the secretary does not have the correct information, you will be charged the full enrolment fees.

Start of classes

Classes will start on 18 September 2023
