Administrative calendar

Applying for a transfer place with a minimum of 30 recognized credits: from the 23 to 30 April 2019

Application to change degrees among the bachelor's degrees of the faculty: (they have a minimum of 30 first year credits in common) From 17 to 28 June 2019

Application to change a dual bachelor's degree into a single bachelor's degree: (for dual bachelor's degree students wanting to change to a single degree, submitting the application will make it come into effect.) From 17 to 28 June 2019

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THESE PROCEDURES

Validated credit transfers, adaptations and academic recognition applications for all studies: From 15.07.2019 to 25.10.2019

Recognised credit transfers: Recognised credit transfer is requested digitally by the different organising areas (Faculty, Sports Service, Office of Cooperation...) they enter it into the student’s transcript so that they can ask for recognition electronically through the Tràmits (Formalities) section.

  • For the activities that are carried out in the Faculty, those that finish the first semester will be entered during the second fifteen of March and those that finish the second semester will be entered during the second fifteen of June.
  • If on requesting recognition the student receives an error message that does not correspond, at the end of each month the Secretary’s Office reviews all these incidents to resolve them, if appropriate.

Request for curricular assessment: A bachelor's or master's degree student who is missing one module in order to graduate and who fulfils the requirements laid out in the regulations governing assessment processes and student qualification, can request curricular assessment or compensation so that the module can be approved on their transcript.

The request must be made once exam records are closed.

Degree certificate administrative formalities: The Academic Secretary’s Office periodically picks students who have finished their studies and reviews their transcript to check that everything is correct. If so, they close the transcript for completion of studies. The student will receive electronic notification of the closing of their transcript for completion of studies. From here, the certificate can be processed online.

Transcripts finished from mid-June onwards will not be reviewed until the end of September.

Application to cancel examination:

  • For compulsory subjects of the first semester: Pending
  • For compulsory subjects of the second semester: Pending
  • For optional subjects the deadline of annulment of call will be depending on when the teaching of the subjects is made. YOU DATE CALL ANNULMENT OPTIONAL

Request for extraordinary final examination sessions: Bringing exams forward for completion of studies, including thesis and requests for examinations which the student wants to complete before a panel:

Request for grace examination session (4th): A bachelor's degree student who has taken an exam more than three times or a master's degree student who has taken an exam more than twice before registering must obtain permission for a final grace examination sitting.

Once the exam records for each examination session have closed, an e-mail will be sent to all students affected, attaching the application.

Applications will be accepted until the 13.09.2019

Generation and closing of exam records for qualifications: 

ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-2019

  • June examination session, from 28.05.2019 to 27.06.2019
  • September examination session, from 02.09.2019 to 06.09.2019

ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-2020

  • February examination session, from 08.01.2020 to 17.02.2020 (bachelor's thesis 09.03.2020)
  • June examination session, from 28.05.2020 to 29.06.2020
  • September examination session, from 02.09.2020 to 07.09.2020

Bachelor's degrees and master's degrees only have one examination session, which is either February or June.

The September examination session is only for internships and Master's thesis.

Application to pass supplementary course requirements before approval of foreign certificates: Submission of applications will take place throughout the academic year at the Secretary’s Office. The enrolment procedure will be completed by the dates provided for the following year on submission of the application.

Application of visiting student to attend the classes: Of the 02.09.19 until the 13.09.19
