Requesting academic-record transfers

Faculty of Sciences

Students who wish to request an Academic record transfer for the academic year 2024/25 from the Faculty of Science can do so via:

Academic record transfer of studies with a minimum of 30 recognised credits

Requirements: 30 credits recognised in the new degree

Number of places: Biology: 5, Biotechnology: 5, CCAA: 8, Chemistry: 8,

Application period: 15 to 30 April 2024 Submit the application online with the following link

Adjudication: According to the academic report assessment procedure provided by article 5 of the Regulations.

Decision: 31 May 2023

Enrolment: July 2024

Place: the Academic Secretary's Office of the Faculty of Science

Academic record transfer of similar studies (among Bachelor's degrees from the Faculty of Science)

Requirements: Having passed a minimum of 30 similar credits.

Documentation that must be presented: Online application Change of degree course from the procedures section of your student record

Adjudication: By grade score. According to the provisions of article 4 of the Regulations.

University pre-enrolment

Through the university pre-enrolment "Via 7" by means of the admission grade of the degree requested.

Application period: See the dates for the academic year 2024/25 at the Admissions Office of the University of Girona (Edifici CIAE)
