Enrolment calendar

For students retaking the 1st-, 2nd-, 3rd- and 4th-year Bachelor's degree and DD 2020/21

13 to 17 July 2020

  1. From 13 to 17 July - Students with 160 completed bachelor's-degree and 180 completed DD credits
  2. 14 to 17 July - Students with 100 completed bachelor's-degree and 118 DD credits
  3. 15 to 17 July - All other bachelor's-degree and DD students

The process is done via online enrolment from 08.00 in the morning to 01.00 the following morning.

Information required

Students who do not enrol during this period must present their application at the Academic Secretary's Office. In this case optional and RA subjects cannot be guaranteed.

3rd and 4th year students on the Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science (except Chemistry) who wish to enrol for an Optional Module will have complete the full enrolment.
If you wish to register for optional subjects as RA (recognised academic credits) you will have to choose your group according to the bachelor's degree you are studying in the enrolment program.

Students enrolled in the September call for applications for placements (summer period) for the 2019/18 academic year will be able to enrol in July, unless they have to enrol for the academic year 2020/21 with fewer than 24 credits, in which case, they will have to come and enrol in person at the Faculty's Academic Secretary's Office.

Comments

  • We recommend you that you read the UdG academic progress regulations
  • Before enrolling for the bachelor's thesis, please consult the regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree subjects only have THREE calls, one per academic year.
  • Cancellation of the call only applies to the right to take the exam, in other words, you are still enrolled for the subject and the following year the charge for second and third enrolment will be applied.

Students wishing to apply for a grant should visit the UdG Grant Department website.

HOW TO ACCESS THE ENROLMENT PROGRAM

Enter “My UdG” and go to your record in enrolment 2020/21.

Once you are on the enrolment page you will be able to access all the information that you need to be able to enrol.

Remember you will be asked for:

Username: UdG number

Password: your email password

Payment: the online enrolment system requires payment by direct debit whether paying in a single payment or instalments. To this effect, you have to complete the bank details section in the enrolment application. To enrol it is essential to complete the direct debit section (the 24-digit IBAN international bank account number) and that you declare yourself to be the account holder or, in exceptional cases, bring an authorisation from the account holder and a photocopy of their ID document.
