Information required

Students who do not enrol during this period must present their application at the Academic Secretary's Office. In this case optional and RA subjects cannot be guaranteed.

3rd and 4th year students on the Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science (except Chemistry) who wish to enrol for an Optional Module will have complete the full enrolment.
If you wish to register for optional subjects as RA (recognised academic credits) you will have to choose your group according to the bachelor's degree you are studying in the enrolment program.

Students enrolled in the September call placements (summer period) for the 2018/18 academic year will be able to enrol in July, unless you have to enrol for the 2019/20 academic year with fewer than 24 credits, in which case, you will have to come and enrol in person in the Academic Secretary's Office of the Faculty.

  • We recommend you that you read the UdG academic progress regulations
  • Before enrolling for the bachelor's thesis, please consult the regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree subjects only have THREE calls, one per academic year.
  • Cancellation of the call only applies to the right to take the exam, in other words, you are still enrolled for the subject and the following year the charge for second and third enrolment will be applied.

Students wishing to apply for a grant should visit the UdG Grant Department website.

Enter “My UdG” and go to your record in enrolment 2019/20.
