Before enrolling
You only have to submit electronically the documentation on discounts or exemptions that has not been recognised, in order to enjoy the corresponding discount or free enrolment. Check the section on “Steps to take for enrolling”
After enrolling
a) If you are not starting university after upper secondary school education, you will have to submit to your school’s academic office your valid identity document according to your nationality:

b) If you are transferring to UdG from another university, you will have to submit to your school’s academic office documentation proving access to the university:

c) If you are not the holder of the bank account from which the enrolment payment will be taken, you will have to submit electronically, through the Secretary’s Office Online Formalities section, the bank details communication/modification form and a photocopy of the holder’s identity document.
d) If you have not been able to submit it before enrolment, you will have to submit electronically, through the Secretary’s Office Online Formalities section, the documentation proving the reductions or exemptions. According to each case, your school’s academic secretary’s office can demand the physical submittal of the documentation
The documentation can be submitted until 19 November 2020 (except documents proving discounts or exemptions, for which purpose you have until 31 December 2020).
