Ajuts a projectes transnacionals en medicina de sistemes. Termini 15/03/2019
L’ERA-NET ERACoSysMed JTC-3 “Collaboration on Systems Medicine funding to promote the implementation of Systems Biology approaches in clinical research and medical practice” és una xarxa co-finançada entre la Comissió Europea i 11 agències nacionals finançadores de la recerca.
La 3era convocatòria obre amb la temàtica “Systems Medicine to address clinical needs” i té com a objectiu finançar projectes de recerca amb les següents característiques:
“validate existing predictive computational models using biomedical data to expand the knowledge about human diseases and their treatment. Project proposals submitted under this call must focus on the analysis, interpretation and application of different biological and clinical data by appropriate computational models. To fit the aim of the call projects must focus on one of the two following approaches.
Projects must validate clinically relevant computational models already existing and their predictions using biomedical and/or clinical data by stepwise expansion and improvement through repeated cycles of data-driven modelling and model-based experimentation. Alternatively, projects must discover and validate common molecular mechanisms underlying at least two different diseases using appropriate computational modelling approaches allowing a redefinition of clinical phenotypes and improvement of patient stratification for clinical trials."
Elegibilitat:
- Consorcis interdisciplinàris amb mínim 3 i màxim 5 socis de mínim 3 països participants diferents (fins a 2 socis del mateix país).
- Cada entitat haurà de complir amb les normes d’elegibilitat fixades per la seva agencia finançadora.
Les universitats espanyoles seran finançades per Instituto Nacional de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) i només podran participar juntament amb un hospital o centre d’atenció primària.
Pressupost:
- Total 7.27M€
- ISCIII: 500.000€ (entre 3 i 5 projectes)
Finançament: fins a 100.000€/soci
Termini: 15/03/2019, 13h00CET; la presentació es farà en dues fases.
