As the previous editions, TXRF- 2019 will bring together scientists, end-users and instrument manufacturers, being an excellent platform for networking and knowledge exchange. The TXRF-2019 will take place in the city of Girona, located in the North East of Catalonia, Spain. The old town of the city is one of the most evocative historical centres in Catalonia, with certain elements that are unique in Europe: the Carolingian wall, an exceptionally well conserved Jewish quarter, and the grandeur of the Cathedral’s Gothic nave, the widest in the world. The scientific programme of the conference will take place at the Centre Cultural La Mercè, situated in the city centre in the vicinity of many hotels.
