For assessment, the students will individually (representing 20% of the final mark):
1. Produce an assessment of a food event and provide recommendations for improvements
For assessment, the students will in groups (representing 80% of the final mark):
2. Produce a food festival plan (with clear evidence of possible returns/development in future years) for an original and new festival. The design and use of the event plan is a working tool to develop the idea and specify the actions needed to bring the idea to life. Developing the plan is an undertaking in groups (2-3 people per group) and should be a demonstrably shared task.
