No negative marking will be used in multiple-choice questions. Instead, “standard setting” will be used to correct for guessing meaning that grades will be converted afterwards causing you to have to answer more than half the questions correctly to pass the examination or that specific part of the examination. Thus, a correct answer will always result in a positive score and wrong answers will not be punished with negative scores. Both wrong and unanswered questions result in zero points. For instance, to pass a test with 40 multiple-choice questions you will have to answer correctly 25 questions. Students will be required to earn half of the final points to pass the course. Criteris específics de la nota «No Presentat»:Students not having passed the subject by means of continuous evaluation and not attending the basic-competences exam will be evaluated as “not sat”.
