Adrià Juvanteny i Palomeras (Girona, 1997) studied the Bachelor Degree in Chemistry in the Universitat de Girona, graduating with honours in 2019. He then studied the Master Degree in Advanced Catalysis and Molecular Modelling in the Universitat de Girona, graduating with honours in 2020. Starting on September 2020, he is currently developing his doctoral studies under the supervision of Dr. Anna Company as a Formación de Profesorado Universitario (FPU) fellow. During his doctoral studies, he had a 3 month stay from September until December 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Liviu M. Mirica, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States of America. His research is currently focused in the synthesis and study of the reactivity of high-valent first-row transition metal based coordination compounds relevant in the formation of carbon-heteroatom bonds.
