Jordi Ferrer and Giovanni Battista Ratti have published their book "The Logic of Legal Requirements. Essays on Defeasibility"
This collection gathers together some of the most prominent legal philosophers in the Anglo-American and civil law traditions to analyse the logical structure of legal norms. They focus on the issue of defeasibility, which has become a central concern for both logicians and legal philosophers in recent years.

Starting with the work of Giovanni Tarello, the Genoese School has defended its own legal realist theses and has had a great influence on the Italian, French and Latin-American jurisprudential debate.

Jordi Ferrer and Jorge L. Rodríguez have published their book "Jerarquías normativas y dinámica de los sistemas jurídicos"
The book deals with two central problems of legal theory: normative hierarchy and the dynamics of legal systems. Both subjects have had far less attention than they deserve, but the real contribution of this volume is that it treats the two problems together, with a careful analysis of their mutual implications.
