La porta del voluntariat

A door is an opening made in a wall, in a building, in a room... through which it is possible to enter and exit.

The volunteering door is:
  • An area connecting the human  potential of the university community and the various solidarity initiatives.
  • Born out of the collaboration between the University of Girona and the Catalan Federation of Social Volunteering.
  • Open to present the volunteering projects of the University itself as well as those of other bodies, institutions and NGOs.
  • The showcase from which the infinite possibilities for commitment to the construction of a more civil society are made known.
  • An instrument to promote and strengthen active solidarity based on the implication of persons in volunteering activities.
  • An itinerant structure installed temporarily in the faculties and schools of the UdG.
