If you have lost or forgotten the password for your personal account, you will have to go to the computer office of any faculty or school of the UdG and request that the computer technicians issue you a new password.

In order for the computer technicians to issue a new password, you must identify yourself with your DNI or student, teaching staff or PAS identification card.
