The teaching staff and administration and service personnel can update some of their contact information in the University of Girona directory (accessed by a people search).
The information the teaching staff can change includes the telephone number, the office and the building, while administration and service personnel can change their telephone number(s).
To change your contact information you must first identify yourself. Then go to the UdG people search
and look for your name:
Next to your name will appear the icon of a pencil
. Click on that icon to go to the screen where you can change your contact information.
Criteria for writing contact telephone number(s)
- Telephone numbers can be entered using the reduced four digit format: 8899. When your information is displayed the prefix 972 41 will automatically be added to it.
- Telephone numbers can also be entered using the long format (all digits) regardless of whether they are landline or mobile numbers.
- o Whether the numbers are entered using the long or the short format, they must not include any spaces, letters or symbols.
- You can enter as many contact phone numbers as you like. To enter more than one, separate them with the character / without introducing any spaces.
Criteria for selecting the building
The building field is not optional: you must choose a building from the list. If your building doesn’t appear, send an email to webadmin@udg.edu.
