The early cinema

Lecturer in History and Theory of Film. He has carried out postdoctoral research at the Paris III University. Since 1980 he has contributed to the film section of El Punt newspaper. He also contributes to the Cultura/s supplement of La Vanguardia newspaper. He is the coordinator in Catalonia of the Spanish edition of Cahiers du cinéma. He is a member of the Board of Editors of the journal Cinémas (University of Montreal) and is Director of the Seminar on the Background and Origins of Film.
