"The University of Girona is governed by both the general collective and single-member bodies and the specific collective and single-member bodies presented below:

a) General collective bodies: University Senate, Social Council, Board of Governors and Consultative Board.

b) General single-member bodies: rector, vice-rector, secretary-general, manager, assistant manager and ombudsperson of the University.

c) Specific collective bodies: faculty/school board, governance committee and board of studies, department council and institute council.

d) Specific single-member bodies: deans, vice-deans, faculty secretaries and study coordinators; school directors, assistant directors, secretaries and study coordinators; department directors and secretaries; institute directors and secretaries; and directors of chairs.
