Students will be offered the opportunity to promote their projects and workshops in project stands and/or poster their sessions on the first day of the conference. Fot this session you will need promotional leaflets or the project and other promotional material of your institution. We can recommend developing a short (3 minute) electronic promotional presentation of your project.

You will visit one another's project stands and you can decide which project workshop you wish to attend. Registration and attendance at a minimum number (6 + your own workshop) of workshops is mandatory for crediting purposes.
