By Plane
- Girona Airport: Ryanair is the main company which has flights to Girona. You can get to Girona by bus (more information here) or by taxi.
- El Prat Airport (Barcelona): The best way to reach Girona from Barcelona is by train. From El Prat airport you can take a train to Barcelona Sants (every 30 minutes) where you will change trains to reach Girona. By Road
Girona is connected with Europe and Barcelona by the AP-7 highway and by the National Route (dual roadway) N-2. There are also bus lines ('Eurolines', for example), that cover a wide range of European cities and that stop in Girona.
By Train
Girona is well connected by Rail, with various trains to and from Barcelona as well as from other European destinations. More information here.
