Educational objectives

Curriculum structure

The masters is organised into three modules, one per semester, of 30 ECTS credits each:

Module 1 begins with training in the cross-curricular skills considered to be very important in the world of business. Then 6 compulsory credits are dedicated to providing an in-depth perspective of the market in which companies operate, in order to give students expert knowledge of all its economic and legal aspects. The 15 remaining credits are intended to complete and strengthen the fundamental economic and legal notions necessary for the academic training to be beneficial. Students must take 15 credits from the total of 30 optional credits available. Module 1, therefore, is organised in order to consolidate the basic foundations, in terms of both knowledge and skills, considered indispensable for progress in the business specialisation.

Module 2 is organised around a number of compulsory (18) and optional (12) credits. The 18 credits thoroughly cover issues that are essential for companies: financing, human resources and management of family-run businesses, and all from an economic and legal perspective, providing a perfect complement to the knowledge gained. The offer of optional subjects corresponds to the desire for students to acquire specific complementary training in the areas of most interest to them.

Finally, Module 3 (30 credits) is completed in its entirety in companies, consultancies and law offices with whom agreements have been signed to carry out these internships. The basic objective of these activities is to confront students with the reality of doing business on a daily basis, the problems and the conditions under which decisions are made, in companies or as professionals providing services.
