Educational objectives
Advanced legal training in those areas most closely related to business consultancy and to professional practice in the private sector. The flexible structure of the masters, based on modules and three specialisation tracks, makes it easy for students to organise their studies according to their interests (Business Law, European Notarial Law and Real Estate and Construction Law).

Curriculum structure
The masters consists of 90 ECTS credits organised in two modules with three separate tracks.
Module I includes subjects in which generic skills are developed along with other skills of a more procedural nature.
Module II includes the remaining subjects and encompasses contents that all the masters students must study (Module IIA), the compulsory subjects corresponding to the specialisation track chosen by students (tracks B1 or B2), the optional credits students must take from among the range offered by each track and, finally, internships with companies or institutions.
Module II track B1, called Business Law, presents a professional profile of this area.
Module II track B2, Real Estate, Construction and City Planning Law, aims to provide training in all aspects of the real estate property sector. This track is supported by the PROGRUP Foundation, an institution closely connected with the leading building company operating in the area of Girona and the Costa Brava.

Career opportunities
The main professional opportunities, depending on the specialisation track chosen, are:
- Business Law Track:

- Working as members of legal service teams in private companies
- European Notarial Law track
